"Hotel was close to everything and was as advertised, but we were unable to get a good nights sleep due to all the street noise. Doors and windows did not close securely and did nothing to mute the noise from the street. Hotel should do a better job to upgrade windows and baloney doors to help.mute street noise."

"The room was comfortable for our one night stay. The building is a nice older building centrally located to explore Old San Juan. There is a great little empanada bar located right next door. I would stay there again if visiting San Juan."

"No iron in room but they do have a steamer available upon request. Room was clean and staff is freiandly."

"The air conditioning didnt work as well at night as it did during the day, not sure if that is part of the renovation. Restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy are all within easy walking distance. The staff was very friendly, informed, and attentive. We stayed during renovation and it was obvious they are doing work, which was kept to a minimum. We spoke with the front desk regarding the plans and it looks like they have big plans that will take the hotel to the next level with a breakfast bar and restaurant. The hotel is nicely decorated, and clean. "

"Great hotel with lots of charm. Perfect walking distance to everything, which made exploring so easy and convenient. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!"
