The first floor includes a bright & spacious living/dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Dine indoors or enjoy dining al fresco on the tranquil shaded back patio. The modern well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to craft fabulous meals. Lovely balcony off kitchen is the perfect place for your morning coffee.

The first-floor bedroom features an adjustable California King bed, a closet, and a 40” smart TV. Adjacent is a contemporary full bath with tub/shower combination.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Wake up to ocean views from the master retreat featuring a King bed, 50” smart TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of closet space.
Sofa converts to a comfy Twin XL bed with an addition of a memory foam topper, it’s large enough to accommodate an adult. Private balcony is a perfect spot to curl up with a good book.
The light, bright ensuite bathroom includes a double sink vanity, jetted tub, and large rainfall shower.

The 3rd bedroom has a lovely view, a California King bed plus a sofa that converts to a comfortable Twin XL bed with an addition of a memory foam topper, it’s large enough to accommodate an adult. 50” smart TV, and a closet.

The 4th bedroom has an ocean view, California King bed, 50” smart TV, desk and a closet.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a hallway bath with a shower/tub combination.

Prepare to have your breath taken away as you step out onto the expansive rooftop deck with incredible panoramic views! Celebrate endless summer and soak in the sunshine on the loungers or stretch under the umbrellas on the large sectional.

• This semi-detached home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
