「I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. 「我們已經係第二次入住這裡，房間大係首選，而且十分整潔，wifi良好，我們很滿意。不過價錢略貴，包簡單早餐(一個麵包和咖啡和橙汁)，入住時有接待，之後要小心保管好房咭和大門鎖匙，這裡不是酒店係民宿，不然就要等1小時找民宿主人回來開門啦！ 這裡只係6間房，比較安靜，走廊外有免費咖啡和意大利檸檬和冰，隨時可以自制飲品非常好 ! 去五漁村玩住這裡係十分方便，去火車站只需5-7分鐘，如果再來玩會考慮再入住 ! 」

「I have to say, Albergo Birillo has the best staff and breakfast. This hotel has no lift. Their staff, a girl, helped us carry our >30 Kg luggage to 2nd floor (it's 3rd floor in other country). The breakfast is wonderful. I will recommend you to stay here.」
