"This was a beautiful place to stay. Because it is attached to a property, it is less expensive than the main house. 20 minute walk to the train, but needed a taxi with luggage because it is up at very big hill. The woman who manages the house, lovely and accommodating. Remember to bring a bottle of wine and a snack to sit out on the deck at night and enjoy. "

"The overall stay better than I expected. Only problem was the door jam was damaged and we had trouble contacting the owner. The room was facing the Main Street with a small balcony great for coffee in the morning (needs one more chair) the room was clean the shower was great the bed was very comfortable with the window closed you can’t hear anything from the street would definitely book again "

"The place was really nice, clean shower and toilet. Very good value for money, the bed was a bit small for us 2 but we knew it beforehand. Convenient if you want to be close to the train, a bit far from the boat, completely recommended!!"

Perfect for cleanliness, style and modern beauty. Alessandro and his sister Giulia recommended a phenomenal restaurant called La Nuova Spezia. So special we went back! "It is conveniently located by cafes and a less than a 10 minute walk to the trains. The host was very helpful about tourist attractions. Tea, coffee, and croissants were in the room waiting for us. The place can be a bit difficult to find since it is on the 2nd floor of a building with apartments. We found it by seeing the small sign on the building as we walked past. "

"Great hotel! The room had a comfy bed and pillows. I loved that there was a desk and chair. The room is really dark and quiet at night. Close to the train station so easy to get to Cinque Terre. Make sure to contact the hotel before checking in since there is no one on-site. I had trouble checking in because of this. Also, I had trouble with the wifi working/staying connected."

"The owner spent the time with us with lots of recommendations for the area. His food recommendation was amazing. Panigacceria was terrific. The room was very clean and the A/C worked great. "This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. Mariella was great at communicating through WhatsApp and met us and lead us all the way to the cottage- which is necessary because google maps won’t get...

"Our family really enjoyed this property in Le Spezia. We arrived really late on a train, yet Renata (our host) arranged her colleagues to meet us and acquaint us with the property. The patio was lovely to eat breakfast on and there was plenty of space for our family of six. Renata was even kind enough to stock our fridge with a few food items for breakfast! This location worked very well for us to do a day trip in Cinque Terra and we would definitely recommend it."

"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"
