“It’s a great place to stay”

“Loved the room and property. Breakfast needs work. While very nice, everything was cold”

“Place was outdated but clean, bed was comfortable. Check in individual was not friendly, check out person was more friendly. I would certainly stay here again.”

“This conveniently-located tiny house had a lot of natural light, was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, well-stocked with kitchen utensils and had a decent-sized refrigerator (with freezer) for a short stay. Parking was much more convenient than a hotel and it was definitely quieter. Loft is definitely a kids-only space. While the shower had hot water and good pressure in the evening, we had no hot water from the sink faucets the following morning. The beds were incredibly soft making it……

“Property was clean and comfortable. Owner insists on writing down all your information from your drivers license in a book, which made me a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, the stay went well.”

“This was a lovely two bedroom home, very clean, and near the shops in Shipsewana. There was a long enough driveway for 2-3 cars. We sat in the chairs in the front of the house in the evening and watched quite a few buggies with Amish families trot by. They would wave to us which was fun. I would recommend this place to stay.”

“The cabin worked for a home base for us, but it was not what was pictured...not even close!! outside was nothing like the picture, cabin looked older. Upon arrival, kitchen sink was dirty, stove had obviously had something hot spilled on knobs that were melted and grimy, stove had no propane, we had to switch the tank over (they did refill it), they provide the charchoal grill as listed, but no utensils. It worked for this weekend, but will probably find another place next time. Pool was dirty -……

“The only thing was it took a very long time to get hot water and loft ceiling is very low. Otherwise a very nice place.”

“House was very clean and comfortable. It was extremely cold when we arrived and took a long time to warm up. We believe it should have been up to the right temperature knowing guests were coming instead of in the 50s when we arrived. Once we got that resolved, our stay was great.”
