“The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens.……

We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. “The location was a close distance to great things to do. Being close to a store allowed us to gather food and cook in the rental though there is a great cheesesteak place a few blocks away. Having gated parking was a big incentive. We did get approached a few times outside by people asking for money but we did not feel unsafe once we were inside the rental. “Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here.
