Besides hiking along the coast to Benagil, other local attractions include the Nossa Senhora da Rocha chapel and the Algar Seco rock formation, which provides breathtaking views of the coast.

Pool has a shallow “beach” level (25cms deep) then gets deeper after a few steps (1m) after which it gradually gets much deeper (up to 1.90 meters)
Solar panels maintain pool temperature, which is usually warm enough during summer months, though additional heating available when requested in advance (€)
Internet is not fiber optic speed as the service is provided via satellite.
Home has an ecological water heating system that serves the East and West wings consecutively, which means that hot water is delivered to bathrooms one wing at a time.
Upstairs bedrooms are also divided between the East and West wings with separate staircases and no access between wings.
