Accommodation for 8 people.
Large bungalow situated in a large garden, 5 minutes from the center of Praia da Luz.
At the entrance we have the kitchen which is equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
Then there is a small hallway that leads to a dining room and also to a large living room with TV, DVD, WiFi with a large window that opens to the outdoor patio with tables, to the heated pool (8x5m) , sun loungers, barbecue and jacuzzi for 6 people (payable locally).
It is a property with:
1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom;
1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom;
1 bedroom with 2 single beds;
1 room with 2 single beds.
Family bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin.
Maid - Monday-Friday.

We had a fabulous week here. Superb property, beautifully maintained and super-clean. There was even a maid service during the week for a general clean and towel change. The pool was fantastic - really warm too. Shady eating and relaxing terrace. Spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, lots of equipment, crockery, appliances, coffee machine etc. great location, easy walking to nearby supermarket and down to the beach/restaurant area. Secure parking available on drive. (We don’t have a car - we walked or used bus/ubers to get to Lagos).We played Padel several times at the local Padel centre round the corner - great fun and cheaper than UK courts!Would love to come back sometime.

Nous probablement passés les meilleurs vacances de notre vie (2 adultes et 2 enfants)
La villa dans le style artdeco est extrêmement belle , la piscine chauffée est magnifique et très très bien entretenue (2 passage de pisciniste par semaine), les espaces extérieurs et le jardin sont spacieux , l’ensemble est incroyable, il y a même une femme de ménage qui passe 2 fois par semaine .
Le garage est très grand on peut y garer facilement 4 voitures.
L’emplacement est parfait également, à100m d’un super marché et à 3 min de la plage à pied.
Fabienne notre hôte a été très réactive et serviable.
Nous espérons y revenir un jour

Lovely house, great pool, good location
Five of us had a wonderful week at this comfortable 4-bedroom family house. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedrooms were clean and spacious, and the mix of en suite and family bathrooms ideal for our two couples and one single person.
The highlight of the house for us, though, was the large swimming pool with plenty of seating available both in the shade and in the sun - so much so that we spent much of our time relaxing there.
If you can tear yourself away from the pool, the house is in a convenient location, with an easy walk downhill to the beach, where there are cafes and bars, plus there are two supermarkets within a few minutes walk, or if you have a car there are larger ones on the edge of Lagos.
Lagos itself is worth visiting, and we'd also recommend the Saturday market in Loule plus a kayaking trip (we chose to go to Benagil caves but that does get very busy with both kayak trips and boats, so not for nervous kayakers).
Finally, we have to mention the wonderfully attentive Fabienne who looked after us very well, plus the excellent maid and pool service during our stay.
Oh, and by the way, if you check the location on Google maps you'll see the house is located on a through road, but the bedrooms and living areas are all at the back, so you really don't hear the traffic, even when lazing by the pool.

Amazing Villa
We had the best time at Fabienne’s amazing bright orange villa in Luz. It was sparkling clean, pool area was great with so many eating areas to choose from and sun loungers, garden was stunning, everything you need in the kitchen and location was great for food shopping and 10 min walk to the gorgeous beach. We hope we can come back next year!

Semana de férias TOP!
Adoramos a nossa estadia nesta propriedade, foi uma semana de férias muito bem passada! Os quartos são super espaçosos, a cozinha muito bem equipada, mas o que mais nos maravilhou a todos foi o seu espaço exterior com churrasco e mesas para refeição sempre na sombra das arcadas e a cereja no topo do bolo foi a água da piscina ser aquecida. Era mesmo como se estivéssemos na banheira, as crianças deliraram!
A comunicação com o proprietário foi sempre muito boa, foi sempre muito prestável!
Queremos voltar no futuro!
