It was our 2nd time staying there and it never disappoints The location is in a perfect area with restaurants in walking distance and the beach just a few steps away. The house was very clean and John is an excellent host. It's our favorite place to stay at Surfside.

The house was the perfect size for our family. Had everything we needed & more. The walkway to the beach is right across from the house. There is a bar & grill steps away with live music on the weekends. We’ve been coming to Surfside once or twice a year for about 10 years & this is definitely the most convenient location we’ve stayed.

Property was very clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach was very short but if you need to pull a wagon you had to navigate going up and down steep stairs on the board walk and there was no other way due to houses on the beach side having their own private boardwalk to the beach.

The highlight of our stay at this property was the host—he was highly responsive and communicative and really nice. The house was in a great location, literal steps from the beach (access was directly across the street, up and over the dunes), and right by a lively local restaurant. The house was clean and well-stocked. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including cooking utensils and small appliances, basic paper products and cleaning and laundry supplies, and beach towels. It made for an easy, relaxing beach trip.

We had a great time on our family spring break trip, the beach house was terrific. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, we had fun on the beach. The location was perfect and the house suited our needs. We hope to be able to stay again when it is a little warmer. Thanks!

The balcony was perfect. It had plenty of seating and you can see the house from the beach. We brought our beagle and we could keep an eye on her while she slept in the shade on the balcony.

Cant beat the location. Beach and bar within 50 feet of the house. Nearby shops for anything you forgot. The host was easy to contact and even let us check in early. We will be coming back.

In for a family event. This beach house was the perfect way to relax after time with family. The beach house was clean, had great views, close to a restaurant, quick walk to the beach and supplied nicely. The host John was always quick to respond to questions.
