"This was an annual ladies trip. It was very spacious and comfortable for 13 of us. It had all the amenities we could have wanted and nicely appointed. We didn't even need our kitchen supplies we brought. The water, small beach and kayaks were clean and fun. Screen room for dinner and games was a bonus!"

"I don’t know where to start. Walking in the place was beautiful, just as described, and absolutely pristine clean. The neighborhood is fantastic and one of the quietest I have ever found at night. This town and neighborhood is truly a hidden gem of Florida.We had a couple family members visit for a night and there was more than enough room with three bedrooms. We had the very fortunate opportunity of meeting the owners and they couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. I will definitely be back to this property as it is one of the best VRBO locations I have ever set foot in."

"We are greeted with the easy check in; we were surprised with a beautiful view. Our room was on the lake, walking out our door to a dock, peaceful even though it’s off the main road. Our room was very clean and comfortable included a stove, refrigerator, a complete kitchen, with a microwave, a coffee maker. The room also had a very nice bathroom with a big tub and shower. We really liked it and would recommend it to anybody and will stay there on our next visit. Slept well!"

"Loved that it was private & roomy. Updated & pictures were accurate. Great back yard on a canal. Some minor issues during our stay, were quickly resolved by the owner. Would have given 4 1/2 stars if I could. "

"This house was perfect in every way! The location was convenient to restaurants, the lovely downtown area of Lake Placid, and the Seabring Racetrack. We enjoyed having dinner on the patio in the evenings. The little family of rabbits entertained us every evening. The kitchen was well appointed. It had everything we needed. The house was beyond beautiful and clean. The furniture was extremely comfortable. The owners were welcoming and incredibly supportive when I contacted him about a tiny issue. You cannot go wrong with this house and owner. We WILL be back!"

"The check in was fine once we got the instructions. As advertised the accommodations or cozy and clean. Updated refrigerator and stove or nice. Beds were comfortable and well appointed the bathroom was OK but rather small due to road construction on US 27. It was a challenge to find Josephine Street in the dark II would stay again for an event at Sebring international raceway"
