「This was great for my son and I. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It’s walking distance to Baxter Marina, which is where I rented a wet slip. We also walked to the state park to explore and shore fish. I had one need during my stay, and it was addressed within the hour. This cottage was a great place to cook a meal, and get a good night sleep after a long day on the water. 」

「The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though.
