"This is a stop-over hotel for those flying early or arriving late into Heathrow. It's cheap and clean, and the staff were helpful. But it's not somewhere you'd stop for any other reason. There's not much in the environs and none of it is salubrious. But for a layover on the way in our out, it fits the bill."

"It’s a great hotel with amazing amenities such a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The service was amazing by everyone except for the young, long-haired girl in a suit who seemed to be the front desk manager. She was rude and extremely unpleasant; with not one word of acknowledgment nor a simple smile directed at us when making a simple request. The younger front desk staff were amazing! "
