「They look like they are trying to improve the grounds, but it's very unattractive. We travel a lot but this is by far the worst place that we've ever stayed at. The pool was able to be accessed through 2 doors and one of them didn't work. The whirlpool didn't work. When asked, management said they knew and that it was on the list to be repaired.」

「Very conveniently located and the indoor and outdoor pool was the highlight !! My mom enjoyed so much using the hot tub! Complimentary 2 hours Amish tour was also good though they only brought you to 2 local gift shops…… Will definitely want to come back again soon」

「Bathroom was horrendously dirty, there was dirt in the corners, floors appeared visibly unclean, looked like there was feces on the floor, there was literal toenail clipping aswell. Very disappointed, room had some food under the bed aswell, sheets were the only clean thing. Went downstairs at 9, and the breakfast was supposed to be for approx 7-10 am, came down at 9 and two employees in the dining area made something up, saying that it’s brunch now, pretty shady.」

「Wonderful location in Lancaster」

「I’ve been here several times and all of them were great as far as cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. Rooms are wonderful! The spa is wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, and the dining is good. This last time was a great experience! The only caution I can say based on one of my previous visits is that the rooms over the restaurant are a bit noisy due to kitchen activity. So if you want a really quiet room, just avoid those. Otherwise all 5 stars!」
