「There are things I liked and things I didn’t like. There was no blow dryer and there was no coffee maker. There is a kettle. If you walk off the property and go right there is a small grocery store on the right hand side of the street. You can ask the cashier and they have instant coffee packets behind the counter. The pool was refreshing. The hot tub was great and the view is beautiful. Our first night there was a Sunday and the club next door was very loud. It was not loud the rest of our time...

The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
