"We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best. Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained. "

"We stayed at the Marine view for 10 nights. First impressions the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC, however the staff were accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the main attractions. The area may seem a little sketchy at first but we had no issues walking about. The restaurant served very nice food the price was inline with other prices in the area. The pool area was quiet and we often felt it was our own private pool, Overall a good experience, I would recommend it for travellers on a budget or single travellers who want to stay central to the action. A few recommendations I would politely request are; 1. The rooms have a bin, there was only one in the bathroom. 2.Kettle with cups 3. Iron 4.regular fresh towels "
