"Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and fast. Conveniently located and plenty of food locations near by. Great hotel to stay. I would stay again in the future."

"Very dirty run down. Staff was rude and in sweat pants. Carpet in room was not vacuumed. Floor in bath had hair on it and shower had mold. Sheets had crumbs or something on them. The was a huge puddle of water by the first floor elevator from either the ice machine or vending machine. Everything was run down. I don't get how thos hotel had above an 8 star rating on this site. It is more like a 4 star. Plus it was $300 for the night! 😳 Also, i asked for more towels and the housekeeper told me there were no more. "

"Room was clean. not validating parking wasn't great! coffee at starbucks wasn't made right - had no flavor, had to ask to have more added so it wasn't a glass of milk, but other than that everything was good."

"Avoid this hotel at all costs. The hotel looked like it was abandoned. The exterior was damaged and poorly maintained. The hallways smelled of marijuana and the drop ceiling in the hallway had holes. I thought we were on candid camera at first. It seriously looked like an abandoned hotel from a movie. I consider the money lost a donation to Expedia."

"We booked a king bed room, got two queens. Parking was ridiculous, there basically was none. Had to make a fuss to get help from district manager to park our vehicle. Corners of room where dirty. It's a shame the decor of the hotel is beautiful - but not worth the price we paid."

"The fact that we have to PAY 15.00 per car to park in a parking lot that sits in front of the building and it’s connected to MULTIPLE businesses surrounding it including a gym and movie theater is just crazy. There are 2 other hotels in walking distance that have free parking. I use to love Hyatt been going for years. I will NOT return just because of that. I could see if I was in a ramp or needed assistance parking or if it was its own lot."

"It looks like they are working on a remodel. Our room was dirty and in desperate need. We put a pool towel over the chair so we would feel clean enough to sit on it. We put a towel on the floor to cover up what looked like scraped up vomit. The lampshades were worn and written on with black marker. Stained carpets, dirty paint, holes in blankets, worn out pillows and beds."

"I would never stay at this hotel again! Its dirty, way out of date and the staff are miserable! My room was not clean, and under the open cabinet in the bathroom was a used sanitary napkin wrapped in the original paper but open so you could see it!! Who knows how long it was sitting there! There is also questionable clientele who lives there and they are anything but quiet at night and in the early morning! I had to stay this far out from Michigan State University for my daughter's graduation for these dates, and spent a lot of money on a dump!!!"
