We had an amazing stay. The hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was super polite and so helpful with our two young children ages one and four the food was amazing. The pool and the proximity to the beach and shopping was all within walking distance with our stroller, the meals were fantastic and very Perfect for what we need for our young family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites. Everything was great — the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach and the town center. The only small issue was the mattress, which felt a bit too soft or maybe a bit old. Apart from that, everything else was excellent — a solid 5 out of 5 experience!

We can fully recommend

A superb hotel with a fantastic location. However, the rooms would benefit from being vacuum cleaned from time to time instead of floors just being washed as it just pushes around dirt like hairs etc. Very delicious breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Very service minded and helpful staff whether at the reception, the pol bar or in the restaurant. Overrall condition is as expected and we would like to come back again.

Have stayed here five times and will no doubt stay again. Wonderful hotel, set on the edge of Ayia Napa, just a hop from a beautiful beach and stunning coastline, and a short drive from Cape Gkreko and the Protaras area. The staff are second to none, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Excellent buffet breakfast and themed dinners. However, vegetarian options are limited, but they are very happy to prepare something special to order. Love love love this hotel.

Hotel was really clean and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned properly everyday, environment was clean and beautiful. Also the pool area was nice. Breakfast was fresh and there was alot of choices. Also it was nice you could ask the chef make an omelette etc. Staff was very helpful. Helped us rent an atv and got us taxi to the airport. I would recommend this hotel if you visit Agia Napa.

A relatively small but classy establishment. The staff were absolutely charming and wonderful down to the last person. There is a very good gym for both cardio and weight training. I used the spa for a facial and massage and the staff were wonderful and provided a really top notch experience. A very very extensive buffet breakfast, though it is the same options every day, and there are 2 restaurants for dinner, with lots of very high end fine dining options within a short distance. I found my whole experience there relaxing and pleasant.

We are her to get some sun, and we did. Location next to Grecian Bay is great, a nice a cosy common beach with very clear water and possibility to jump from the cliffs. Hotel service was excellent, very friendly and service minded. Gym and spa also great as well as the padel court. We used these facilities frequently. Breakfast great. Really not much to complain about, maybe the big road between hotel and the beach, but diffucult to do anything about. Highly recommended.
