“I like the ocean view in front of my window, but I didn’t like the noise music was on until 3 AM. Unable to sleep.”

“1st I would like to say what I like about the property. Ocean view. Nice garden clean pools. What i don't like about the property, that is far away from other activities, no laundry on site, same breakfast dish, hotel room hot when arriving when should be best to be cold enough especially when is very hot outside, poor wifi, poor electricity, needs better activity”

“I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can. One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic. Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible. So bad that I am only leaving 2 stars. First the property is dirty. The rooms were clean but……

“Everything was clean, food was good, drinks on point. There’s only two buildings with elevator. The other buildings doesn’t have elevator so if you have elders and disabled people don’t bring too much luggage. Nice pools with sliders, nice beaches, nice bars, nice restaurants. Small gym barely no weights, disappointed. Front desk people are the worst, too much attitude and they act like they don’t care if you are a member affiliated customer. Other than that the rest of the staff were excellent.……

“Room 21 was awesome the bad thing is that at nite the alemndra tree kept me awake all nite and scaring me off because of the load bang overtime it hit on top. I ask next morning for another room and they gave another room not as nice but was able to sleep. That place is beautiful, very clean and nice staff.”
