The room arrangement was nice. However, the room lighting was poor. There were hardly any amenities in the room, such as water heating/kettle, microwave, etc.
There is plenty of room to improve regarding staff etiquette and efficiency. The check-in process was long and uninformative. I was not given the free breakfast voucher during check-in. The breakfast area was in utter chaos in the morning with just one staff catering to 50 odd clients. Enhanced staffing may be needed. I was also overcharged $27 during the breakfast and luckily detected it and flagged it up. The ‘free breakfast’ was also taxed. The redressal process for the overpayment was not smooth nor efficient. There was no empathy displayed by the staff.
I had much higher expectations of my stay, but was disappointed. I plan to look elsewhere during my next visit to LV.
