The hotel itself is quite outside the main areas of Kotor so unless you have a car it’s not ideal to commute around the entire area of Montenegro. Taxis are super expensive but the price and facilities of the hotel For the cost involved are quite alright. The hotel staff were super friendly with assisting an early check out and subsequent refunds associated with it. The only strange thing was the hotel staff were clueless about some tourism recommendations which I found baffling a bit given it’s a Hotel & locals could not elaborate much. If you have a rental car then surely would recommend this hotel

As a solo traveller , it is important to be able to get to and from places. I chose this location , a little in the countryside away from the two main centres , and have essy access to a bus link each day. The Tivat airport is the closest of the two airports. The staff greeted you like you were a friend. The breakfast was included and always more than enough options to eat. The pool is clean and plenty of sun umbrellas and veds. It did need a little resorative work on the tiles , but nothing to detract from a refreshing swim in a decent sized pool. I loved my stay here on the 3rd floor., it was quiet , block out curtains , air con and a view up there.

Large double room, with a large shower. Everything is outdated. Bed linen is not always changed. The receptionists are schoolchildren... who don't speak English well, and they have no answer for everything. The breakfast is disgraceful! Small selection, rotten fruit.

Good for overnight stay, but not more. Close to busy road. There is nothing in the village, just one grocery shop and poor restaurant. The hotel is clean, but the area around the hotel is dirty and untidy (no sidewalks, a lot of garbage on the side of the road...). This is actually the situation in the entire Montenegro.

Lustloses Personal + sehr begrenzte Frühstückswahl

Leider ziemlich entäuschend. Die Zimmer waren recht klein. durch das aufgeklappte Schlafsofa kam man kaum an Schrank und Kühlschrank. Beide Fernseher funktionierten nicht. Ebenso die elektrische Fenstermarkise. Ich reklamierte es an der Rezeption. Repariert wurde nichts. Das Bad war groß genug es fehlten aber Haken für Handtücher und Ablagen für Duschgel usw. Auf dem Balkon hätte ich mir noch einen Wäscheständer gewünscht um Badsachen zu trocknen. Eine Katsatrophe war das Frühstück. Man wird mit einem Aushang begrüßt nur eine Tasse und einen Teller zu nehmen. Ok, trotzdem hatte man zu tun ein Glas oder Kaffeetasse zu ergattern. nächste Schwierigkeit: Kaffe war ständig alle. eine kleine Kaffeemaschine für alle Gäste! täglich die selbe eine Sorte Industriewurst. null Abwechslung: immer die selben warmen Würstchenund Grillgemüse. dann gab trotz Nachfrage tagelang keine Butter. Am 3. Tag lies ich mir meinen Unmut anmerken und wollte in den nahegelegenen Supermarkt gehen. Schon kam Butter! Man hatte also nur keine Lust. Diese Unlust war überall zu spüren. An der Rezeption, im Restautrant, wo der Kellner in seiner Pause sich an einen freien Tisch setzte und rauchte während Gäste am Nachbartisch aßen. Als ich mal im Restaurant nach einem Glas fragte um mit meiner Frau auf dem Balkon ein Glas Wein zu trinken gab man mir 2 Pappbecher. Und das für ein 3*Hotel?! Niveauloser gehts nicht! Der Pool war schön, muss aber auch instand gesetzt werden, da sich überall die Fliesen lösen.

Dårlig frokost, veldig dårlig utvalg. Klarte ikke fylle på Juice, kaffe, mat kjapt nok. Demotiverte arbeidere. Satt bare ute å røykte og drakk øl istedet for å hjelpe til eller spør om vi trengte hjelp. Badebasenget hadde mange løse fliser og trengte en overhaling. Resepsjonistene var veldig hyggelige. Ikke verdt pengene.

La chambre était d'un bon rapport qualité prix, par contre la terrasse (grande et agréable) n'était pas séparée entre les chambres : les gens passaient devant la chambre tout le temps Le petit déjeuner était catastrophique : une pauvre cafetière filtre, qui était toujours vide, pas de beurre, pas de confiture : le pauvre serveur, qui était tout seul, mais vraiment adorable, faisait de son mieux, ça faisait de la peine..

Plus beau en photo qu'en réalité...

Nettoyage de la chambre incomplet : meubles et sols propres mais toile d'araignée au plafond et balcon sale (cendriers non vidés des précédents locataires, déjection des pigeons là depuis un moment...). Problème de fuite au lavabo mais intervention dès que cela a été signalé à la réception. Le lit de la chambre climatisée est très ferme. Petit déjeuner compris mais très moyen, peu de choix et répétitif d'un jour à l'autre... L'hôtel n'a plus que 3 étoiles, il comprend une piscine et un tennis mais il manque d'entretien et a une décoration hétéroclite, le trop est l'ennemi du bien... Toutefois le personnel est très réactif et accueillant. Avec une plus grande attention au détail et un choix dans le thème de la décoration, il pourrait être tout à fait bien

C'est un 3 étoiles et non plus un 4 étoiles. Il est très bien situé pour les visites. Quand la route principale est bouchée (ce qui est très souvent le cas, la route qui longe la piscine est le détour proposé par Maps et Waze....donc très bruyant et les odeurs de gaz voiture quand nous sommes à la piscine. Nous sommes restés une semaine, seules les serviettes ont été changé sinon pas de ménage. Il a fallu réclamer des verres propres par exemple....pas d'aspirateur, pas de nettoyage SDB. Les chambres sont très bien mais l'insonorisation est mauvaise, on entend beaucoup les voisins....surtout qu'il y a souvent des enfants...plus ou moins bruyants et qui peuvent se réveiller très tôt. Au début le personnel semble agréable mais au final, très peu (voir pas) de sourire. Peu de personnel parle anglais. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Un bijou a disparu de notre chambre....mystère.
