“Drove 2 hours to come stay here and go to the beach for a mini family vaca. Read online the reviews and really thought it was going to be outstanding considering paying 350$ got there early to not be able to check in a hour early. (It was over 100 degrees outside) & not one room ready. Then get up to room to not be able to find remote. Thats ok, call the front desk for them to tell me to look myself. Never found it. Had to walk down and she said she would send someone up with one. Ok….. TOOK 30……

“Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We……

“Waiting the fire alarm and flood for nearly one hour and very hard to get asleep again.”

“This hotel is dated and definitely needs upgrading. Upon first getting to the hotel, you notice landscaping that is not taken care of at all. Upon entering, the amenities are not taken care of and mostly empty, with food or something smeared on the case. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working, but the one on the first floor was. Also, the vending machine on the 1st floor, across from the ice machine, was mostly empty, and God only knows how old the few bags of potato chips, that were……

“The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.”

“We were there from a Friday to Monday and did not get our roomed cleaned one time. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were not helpful at all. They stated the cleaning staff was gone for the day and……

“Without question, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked into a room with a toilet that didn’t work: a problem the hotel already knew about before renting us the room. When we reported it, we were told to stick our hands inside the toilet and fix it ourselves. The next day it broke again, and another employee told us we could “just use the shower” since the toilet wasn’t working. Completely unacceptable. There were no rooms available to move us, so we spent nearly 48……

“Upon arrival, the staff greeted us and showed us to our room right away. The room was clean matched the description exactly. We enjoyed a prepared breakfast that was great. Hope to go back again soon.”
