“Good and efficient communication before checking in. They arranged a check-in agent to meet us on-site. The closest metro station is Vittorio Emanuele, but we had some extra walking from Roma Termini station (about 15-20mins while carrying luggages), so as to avoid chaos in the metro in Rome. Just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. We felt safe to walk around in the neighbourhood at night. We booked a one-bedroom apartment (with a sofa bed in the living room).
