"The check in was long but the staff attempted to complete the process as efficiently as possible. It’s a big hotel they accommodated us with our request of room on higher floor. There was a pink stain on the floor by bathroom. The shower head had scale built up so it did not wash well. The breakfast made up for the short comings the staff attentive with wide variety of choices"
