“I booked last minute on a holiday weekend so took a bit for the host to get me setup with the GeoKey. If you are in the same position there is enough people traffic to get in the gate and the front door. Host was great!”

“The location was very ideal. The space was cute and felt safe. Despite construction on the road, it was easy to get in and out. The host does not communicate on vrbo - I had a question about check in and never received a response. Fortunately I was able to find a previous email from KC Stay with check in details. The lights in the bathroom flickered, probably just needs a new lightbulb. The house smelled very strong of Fabulouso, so that tells me it’s clean but it was STRONG! Overall, the……

“I would’ve been helpful to know how many steps there were to get to the master bedroom, however until I booked it we didn’t realize that there were 3 flights of stairs! No TV in the master bedroom. It was very hard to get ahold of the host but once I called Evolve directly, he called me back. Won’t be renting here again.”
