The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and practically equipped. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue area, terrace, and garden furniture. Beach volleyball court, bicycle storage.

Molina di Ledro. The holiday flat is located on a 3000 sqm open garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. View from the property of Lake Ledro. Parking on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, TV, dining area, access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table) and/or terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (connecting room) with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas hob (4 rings), microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and access to the balcony. Haus ist nicht sauber

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Aber leider nicht sauber. Spinnen und Spinnennetze waren im ganzen Haus. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind sehr schmutzig. Die Küchenschränke sind modrig und das Geschirr kann nur benutzt werden wenn es vorher gespült wird
