"This is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation, you assume the photo on the advert is the building but it is not. The actual building resembles a derelict house with badly peeling black paint and grubby door and windows in an unattractive area where it feels unsafe to leave your car.
The inside is slightly better but has torn flooring, wallpaper that has seen better days, uncomfortable seating, poor shower and cheap linen.
The photo of the hot tub is laughable when you look at the...
"It was quite good value overall. Some of the flooring near the kitchen area was a bit worn and I wasn’t certain that the heating would have worked if we had needed it. One wall heater needed refixing to the wall and the riser for the shower head needs securing or replacing. Very close to train station which was good. "
"This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘Hotels.com’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels! "
"The mattress was old and uncomfortable with no mattress protector on the bed aslo the pillows were old and stained.
The two windows had different curtains and very thin which let the street lights shine in all night."
"It was an excellent 2 night stay, breakfast was plentiful and delicious with lots of choice, bed was very comfortable providing a good night's sleep and being able to use the swimming pool was an added plus, would definitely reccomend. "

"1st time in Liverpool & loved this hotel which was recommended by friends. Would definitely use & recommend Hard days night as it is in an excellent location for the whole of the city amenities "
"Room was spacious and comfortable. I did not use the bar or restaurant on this visit but the hotel had a very relaxed laidback feel and I would definitely stay again. "
"Prior to checking in, the resident hotel offered an upgrade option, which I took advantage of due to the amazing price. I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. My family and I felt very safe as there was additional security past a certain time at night which required all patrons show their room keys and verify their names. I would stay here again on my next trip to Liverpool and I highly recommend this hotel."
"Beds were comfortable and the towels were fluffy and soft. We ate at the restaurant twice as the fish and chips were so delicious! You also get a discount if you eat there so that was great too. Everyone was very nice behind the front desk and the parking is free! There is no air conditioning but they do give you a pretty big fan which helped air circulation. Wish the window could have opened a little more (it only can open an inch or so) as there was cool air outside that would have been nice to feel!"
"Great place to stay for site seeing and shopping in Liverpool, very central for all. Beds were very comfortable, we stayed 3 nights and had a good nights sleep. Good selection of food for breakfast which was all self serve. The check-in and checkout process is done online so you hardly see any staff in this hotel at all saying that our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. "
"Really enjoyed our stay at Red Radisson. Comfortable room and all the amenities that you need. Fantastic customer service by the staff. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. "
