"Ein Stern ist selbst zu viel!!! Achtung - Betrug!!! Das Boot was angeboten wird gibt es zwar aber wird ausschließlich bei booking angeboten. Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. Wir hatten einen Tag vorher gelesen das es an dem Standort nicht existiert und am Anreisetag sofort Expedia kontaktiert. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt, nur...

"Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage auf dem schönen Hausboot! Es ist wirklich der reine Luxus dort. Wenn man reinkommt, ist es zwar sehr heiß, aber da man alles aufmachen kann, kühlt es auch schnell ab. Der Preis ist allerdings trotzdem sehr hoch. Der Check in ist relativ spät, das Check in Fenster zwischen 16:00 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr. Eher kurz. "My father and I stayed for a couple nights to end our European tour and it was lovely. Check in was a breeze and communication during the process was excellent. Short walk to public transit, museums, city center. Sitting out in the terrace with my dad watching boats go by was so enjoyable!"

"The host was wonderful, however the property is beyond tiny. It is impossible for 4 people to fit and absolutely no where to put luggage, toiletries, etc. Unfortunately, due the size we actually couldn’t even stay a single night. The host did provide a refund for cleaning services since we were there less than a few hours. Last comment is that it is not accessible without a car."

"Ein schönes und gepflegtes Hausboot mit schöner Lage. Alles im allen war es ein schöne Erfahrung auf dem Hausboot, leider muss ich eine negative Sache anmerken. Leider hat bei uns der Mülleimer sehr starke nach Aschenbecher gestunken, dieser Geruch hat sich leider Tage gehalten. Zumindest immer dann wenn man die Schublade zur Mülltonne öffnete. Das war leider sehr unangenehm. Wenn es diese Sache nicht gegeben hätte, hätte ich auch für die Sauberkeit 5 Sterne gegeben. Ein zusätzlicher...

"I stayed with 2 of my friends in this cute little boat. We had an amazing time where it was walking distance from the centre. Although there is no running water the host was very friendly and accomodate for us and always made sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend if you want to stay on an affordable boat in the canals of Amsterdam!!"

"We wanted a different experience than the usual apartment and Han’s boat was it. Very clean and comfortable but requires some agility to move around…after all, it is a boat. Han was a great host and the location is a short walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend Bamboo Boat if visiting Amsterdam"

"Wonderful experience. Martyn was very hospitable. The location is quiet and across from the zoo. Waking up to elephants and zebras was incredible. We enjoyed a nice hit tea on top of the boat in the mornings while we watched boaters and swimmers come by. We truly enjoyed this property and it’s fully stocked kitchen supplies. "
