“I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. It’s surprisingly spacious for an attic unit, and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave.I especially liked that the living room and bedroom each had their own thermostat. “I would highly recommend this property. It is exactly as advertised, a great price and the owners are more than accommodating! The owner was so kind as to bring an item over our first evening that had been forgotten without hesitation! There are extra touches for a comfortable stay such as fans, games and cotton swabs! Don't pass this place up!”

“Check in details were provided before we arrived and when we struggled accessing the property the host was available to assist promptly. He was also very responsive and quite friendly. Unfortunately with the structure of the housing there was a lot of disturbing noise from the apartment upstairs which in this case the host probably had no control over. Would definitely book again.”

“Location was great but listing was very misleading. If all you need is a literal bedroom then this is fine but the listing leads on that you are getting much more. ”
