“Very clean resort with delicious food. Front desk was very rude upon checking in and out and the waiters at the pool area were beyond rude . The lady with short blonde hair ignored us on multiple occasions and the man with blonde hair kept talking about how horrible of a day it was . Their whole conversation was regarding how busy they were and didn’t ask us if we needed anything else. We ordered at the bar and had to get menus from the bar yet gratuity is automatically added. “The location of this apartment is excellent! It is right cross from the beach and near lots of restaurants and bars. That said, the steep drive up to the parking area is not for the faint of heart. There is a small parking spot designated for the apartment right beside the building and it seems quite secure. Do not plan to cook in this kitchen. When we were there, March, 2026, the pots and pans were the typical scratches and worn non-stick that someone should have thrown out ages ago. ……

“The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. ”
