“Great place to stay. I would stay again. I rate the cleanliness 10/10 and thats due to fresh smelling sheets and towels and I observed them mopping our room. I had no issues with cleanliness as a germaphobe. As a somewhat picky eater, I would say the food was pretty good (ate breakfast at the buffet and ordered from their pool menu). It is easy to get around and the hotel has its own pier for water taxis (10 minutes water taxi to West End). Walking distance to the shopping mall. Beach is nice.……

“I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay at Roatán Media Luna Resort affiliated by Meliá between 18th and 21st of March 2026, in the room # 108. The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá……

“If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.”

Located right in the middle of west bay 5 minute walk to incredible snorkeling. Food and bar options at Arca are second to none. The upstair luxury rooms are super worth it. Security 24/7 never felt unsafe. Its truly the best adults only resort at west bay.”

“We rented the room for a weekend getaway for my mom on her bday, she enjoyed every minute of it from the food, pool and everything. Just what she needed some relaxation. They even brought her a slice of cake and sang happy birthday 🙌!! She had a pool view from her room on the first floor she enjoy the fact that she didn’t had to climb the stairs lol. After all everything was wonderful.”

“They are very accommodating! Francesca was so nice and all the staff, Ronnie, Juan, eva fun. Food is a little pricey but staying there you get breakfast and it's very good. You also must eat at Smokys!! Carlos is awesome and the food is excellent!!!”
