"I thought the property was overpriced; I use VRBO often and it was almost doubled. BUT...The house was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with necessary dishes, pans and utensils. It was clean and provided a great space for the family. They do not provide towels, linens or sheets. For the price, this should be an included service. The deck was very nice for an outdoor space leading to the beach. The beach area was not clean. We had Quite a few members of the family also experienced really bad...

The property is beautifully decorated and furnished but more than that, the owners thought of everything from a small coffee bar to baskets of blankets, extra toiletries in the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, eight bikes and more. This property is in an ideal location. Only 5 minutes to downtown Rehoboth, 15 to downtown Lewes and Cape Henelopen and a bike trail directly behind the community. You can walk to a few stores or hop on Coastal Highway...
