"Regarding our one night stay Stoke Rochford Hall: Thursday 8th September Upon check-in; reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful in directing us to our room and taking payment. Making our way to our room, number 46, we were disappointed to be greeted with painters and decorators in the unkempt corridors and rooms leading to ours however, we accepted this was part of the hotel upkeep. "Had a lovely stay, staff friendly & helpful, waitress Helena is always friendly & helpful, this is our third visit here. The only issue is there appears to be quite a lot of people who park up to take their dogs for a walk, which when we got back middle of the day we had trouble parking."

"We didn’t stay - after a 350 mile drive we arrived to find it very firmly closed. Ironic you send this questionnaire after your reservations person (based, unhelpful,y, in Arizona) spent over an hour and a half on the day getting us alternative accommodation."

"Spent 1 night well visiting friends in the area. Had a lovely room. Lots of character. Steep stairs up to our room on 3rd floor. Owner helped to get luggage up and offered to bring down when the time came. Lovely breakfast. No supper served but a great local pub down the street with lots of selection and good food."
