"For the family traveling with kids, I love the options of having washer, dryer and kitchen in the apartment. And I also like the gym to continue my routine work out while on vacation. This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly....

"An excellent airport hotel for late flight arrival. Bed was comfortable with full amenities provided. We paid additional for a good spread of buffet breakfast. The check-in was great. We were served by front desk Eddie who was courteous and professional."

This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious with minor flaws, e. g., toilet seat cover needs to be lowered down when flushing?? Dryer and washer are not separated, it takes 3 hours to dry clothes and clothes still come out damp… Overall I still enjoy the experience in Oakwood apartment. It has everything I need. Didn’t use the breakfast buffet, instead we went out and enjoyed the local food which is more traditional and with more options. "

"This place is amazing,the staff is super nice ,Any question you have ,they are there for you .Everyone is smiling ,the security guy helped us with 2 big suitcases .The free breakfast is quite decent ,they have some crossaint ,fresh fruits ,mainly Chinese breakfast and Brunchies ,but they are delicious ,they have coffee ,expresso and so on . No place we stayed have washer and dryer ,but they do.It made is so much easier for us ,there are lots of mountains near west lake ,we washed our cloth daily. As far as location ,they are like 20 mins to 30 mins walk from west lake ,but you can always take a taxi .Near there are plenty of local stores ,around the corner there is a farmers market and there is a great bakery store nearby . We enjoyed our staying ,we'll be back ."
