"The boutique hotel is practically in the castle. The hotel made transport from the airport very easy, but be sure to arrange with them prior to arriving. You will be staying in the old town area, so expect narrow streets, and much walking. The 737 bus picks up right outside the Castle, and is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. "This is a solid 4 star hotel but I am hesitant to give it a 5 star. There are many dents on the walls, doors and furnitures and rooms really require upgarde. Breakfast could also improve. Rooms are not fully sound proof and we can hear the noise in the street and halls in our room. On the other hand, staff are very nice and professional. They help whenever required. Free parking is a real plus in the busy area."

"It is a small 5 stars hotel so we were expecting a great service but our experience was disappointing. We arrived tired and hungry after a long flight, they offered a pool/bar restaurant but we waited an hour for 2 appetizers, was too much!. They also forgot or got confuse making our reservation for dinner, so no restaurant available. Also, if you enjoy privacy be sure to let them know, my husband was trying to sleep when a man was inside our room without first knocking at the door, 10 minutes...

"The staff were very friendly and were helpful in accommodating for an early check-in as well as securing two cribs for us. The place is ideal considering it has multiple restaurants nearby (the property itself has a restaurant), Placa de Rossio is right around the corner, and a metro station is only a few min walking. Would stay here again. "
