First bedroom shower downstairs was stopped up and the pan filled with water. The other 2 bedroom showers leaked and flooded the bathroom floors. A little repair would make a big difference.」

「Location was suitable for our needs and there is a Spar on-site. The house photos are not recent and the house is not in as good a condition as the photos suggest. The biggest issue is damp throughout. There is mould on walls in several rooms including downstairs bathroom downstairs bedroom and master bedroom and the upstairs floor has partially lifted. 「We loved the villa. The pool is cool and clean to swim in with no chlorine. The outside space is incredibly comfortable with plenty of shade, aromas of lavender and breathtaking views of the Duoro and woodland.The villa was perfectly comfortable for the family including 3 teenage boys. We would definitely return.
