Casa Yucca - Carcavelos Beach

Casa Yucca is located in Carcavelos, 700 meters from the famous Carcavelos beach, with its long, soft golden sand and clear sea waters. The house is located in a residential street, very quiet, with free public parking. It is surrounded by all kinds of commerce, services and restaurants.

Casa Yucca has an outdoor area of around 500m2, with an outdoor pool and a dining area with barbecue. The garden is completely private and is prepared for six guests to enjoy the space in comfort and tranquility.

Inside, Casa Yucca has three bedrooms. Linen and towels included.

The Buganvília room has a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The Jacarandá room has two single beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The Mimosa room has a double bed, and despite not having an en suite bathroom, it has a very large bathroom right next to the bedroom. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and an armchair.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. It has a fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, espresso machine and American coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, and all kinds of crockery and cutlery. It also has a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. There is a hairdryer.

The living room is very comfortable and has an LCD TV with international channels and WI-FI internet connection throughout the house. The dining room is spacious and faces the garden. It has a dining table for 6 people and a bar area.

Casa Yucca does not allow parties or events. It is a house for family holidays, for sportsmen or professionals on business. It is a residential area and the tranquility in the neighborhood is fundamental. Noise from 22:00 is not allowed.

There are several restaurants and cafes/pastry shops within a radius of 500 meters, the Pingo Doce supermarket is 500 meters away, the Carcavelos Market is 900 meters away, St. Julian’s School is 300 meters away and St. Julian’s Rugby Club 700 meters away, the Carcavelos Tennis and Padel Club is 500 meters away and the train station to Lisbon/Cascais is just 350 meters away. Lisbon airport is 26km away and Estoril Golf Course is 7.5km away.

House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

• Pets are not allowed;

• The house is not prepared for people with disabilities;

• No noise allowed in the house after 22:00;

• Take out trash and turn off lights and equipment when not in use.

• It is not allowed to change the position and location of the furniture.

• Loss of key - the guest pays to change the lock

• Locked lock that requires technical intervention - the customer pays for the intervention

• Forgetting the keys inside the house, requiring a new visit from the company - 25 €

• At check-in, a manual will be delivered, follow the rules in it.



Check-in – Between 4 pm and 8 pm; before 4 pm only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; late check-in after 8pm will cost €30; Late check-in after 24h will cost €50.

Check-out – Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; early check-out before 6am will cost €50; early check-out before 8am will cost €30.



Cascais City Tax:

Cascais City Council charges a fee of 2€ per night per person from 13 years old with a maximum of 14€ per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.



Extras:

Transfer from / to airport / house: €55 up to 4 people, €70 up to 6 people.

Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;

Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include various services from booking recreational or sports activities, booking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.



Security Deposit: 500 Euros per booking; they will be refunded if the house is in the same conditions in which the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the house or any of its furniture or equipment.
