“Staff were great”

“The Hot breakfast is offered to late to accommodate guest that start to travel early, 8 am. There was a continental breakfast offered at 7:30 am”

“Would recommend this property 100%”

“Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option……

“在最後一天晚上，隔離兩個房間很嘈吵，引至不能入睡。 其他大至上都很好”

“員工服務良好 反應事項 及時處理”

“Check out 時間太早，隔音設備不太好，晚上聽到重重的腳步聲和彭彭的聲音。服務員很有禮貌，房間都好乾淨。”

“Very nice staff”

“Very good accommodation in good location. Very straightforward self check in. Staff very helpful and available via text. Lovely clean and spacious room.”

“Loved the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The hotel was like a museum itself! Lovely stay, and the concierge team was so helpful!”

“I would 1000% go back again! The bathroom was super clean and the rooms were so nice and well decorated!”

“Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast”

“Clean very nice”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”
