“Clean room… and convenient area”

“The worst place I’ve ever stayed ! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they……

“Loved EVERYTHING about the location BUT the beds was made of springs and no mattress. There was not any thing between the springs and the sheets. Loved the room changes BUT hated that couch that looked like it was called in to duty from the 60s. It should have been replaced before it was bought. They said it was the pullout bed. NO that thing wasn't even good to sit on as a couch. The walls used to have sound proof between the outside and inside, now it is hallow and LOUD! Before once the……

“The room was okay, not the worst place I have ever stayed. Parking was a little rough but manageable they do have a parking garage but it was bike week so everyone had extra vehicles. Our room never got cleaned during our stay and we had 2 dogs with us, the floors at the end of the week were furry. We had to ask for extra towels and bed sheets to change the beds ourselves. It is right on the beach so that's a plus. I didn't us the pool but it looked nice.”

“the parking was included, nice car garage but warning for bigger cars and trucks- very tight fit. I recommend you try the mexican restaurant up the road- it’s about a 10 minute walk and kirk’s ice cream. the hotel staff was nice. room was clean- many reviews talked about noise from other pets but when we stayed we couldn’t hear a single dog, you can however hear loud cars outside sometimes but not terrible. the beach access was night too.”
