The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep, and the temperature control worked efficiently. The amenities provided were adequate, including reliable Wi-Fi, a functional workspace, and standard in-room features. Housekeeping did a solid job keeping the room refreshed during the stay."

"The bathroom was my only issue, it was relatively clean but the shower wasn't the easiest to work and looks like it needed some repairs as the shower knob was popping out of the wall whenever you turned it on and the part of the ceiling was peeling off. Everything else was great and had a nice view"

"I checked out 10 minutes of checking in. The minute I walked inside the room, my allergies kicked in and my anxiety went up the roof. I’ve been to Quality Inn before, and been to many different hotels, but this one was the wrist by far. The property was not clean. They were people hanging out on the balcony talking loud and smoking. Someone was working on his car right in the parking lot. Wasp were flying around all over. One almost bit me going inside the room. I had to check out. I did not feel safe and the room was unsanitary. The front desk guy was being very rude to me when I explained why I didn’t want to stay. The maintenance guy was the only person that was understanding and considerate to me. There pictures are not what the place is about. "

"Room was comfortable, good location to the airport, not so good on the staff. They only had one person doing maintenance, front desk and shuttle service. The shuttle van was just a white van with a paper sign taped to the window so you could barely see it when you’re at the airport looking for them. We called and they said they’d be there in 10-15 minutes. we had to call again and they admitted they forgot about us. Took about 30-40 minutes. This actually happened to us twice. And with having only one person at the front and also doing the shuttle, they put a sign up on their front desk says we’ll be back in 20 to 30 minutes to help you please be patient. Not good when you’re checking in and you’re tired and there’s nobody around to help you. Would not recommend! "
