Our room was damp & smelled of mold. Water damage/mold evident in room & hallway. Bedding was damp. Carpet was damp & FILTHY. My daughters feet were BLACK & gritty after walking from shower to bed. No coffee cups in rm or coffee service area, just stryo condiment cups. Bathroom faucet was leaky, closet door handle broken. No extra TP. At checkout no Manager available, desk clerk offered some excuses, said no biz cards available so i could contact her manager. I rarely leave reviews of any sort but this place is a safety hazard & should just be shut down until it can be repaired. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM HAMPTON!!!

All the stuff was good but why through Expedia charge me over $140 I get the $25 for deposit in case of damages and stuff. I don’t get that I just got another transaction taken out of my account for $225 after checkout and before time also I called and they said nothing was wrong with the room. I still haven’t gotten it back.

Worst stay ever!!!!
We stayed at the Livingston location, close to the lake. We didn’t physically check in until around 9:30pm, so when we arrived we were exhausted and just showered and went straight to bed. All night I was uncomfortable on the sheets and the air conditioner was running loudly and poorly. The next morning I woke up and when I removed the comforter I saw a disgusting site on the sheets and they had not been changed from the previous customer, they were stained all over and rough to the touch, I was horrified and disgusted! My daughter and I slept on I do t even know what it was nor do I want to imagine it. When I notified the front desk (Jessica) she basically argued with me and denied what we were looking at and said the manager was out of town the next 3 days and nothing could be done until then. Terrible customer service especially for paying over $100 a night for less than a 12 hour stay! I will post this photo and experience everywhere I can if this isn’t resolved soon!

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Constant problems with tv. On site tech assistant seemed incompetent. Facility undergoing remodeling. No breakfast room. Cold breakfast, only limited options. Difficult access to facility.

This property falls far below Hampton standards due to remodeling. Hot breakfast was advertised for this property and none available. Ice machine on floor was inoperable. Construction debris in many locations. Yet online information gave no hint. We were expecting Hampton standards and found Motel 6.

Front desk person very friendly but room was filthy. Smelled bad when I walked in and then to add injury to insult there were roaches and bugs crawling all over my room. Never again will I stay here

It’ll do in a pinch.
This isn’t a normal Hampton Inn. The room was much smaller than most. The hotel is in poor condition. There are signs in the lobby announcing a new Hampton Inn. I guess they’re going to rebuild. It had some of the Hampton amenities but not all. I probably wouldn’t stay there again unless it was cheap. The staff is super friendly.

Right now the Hotel is under remodeling so we didn’t get to enjoy a hot breakfast. That is my favorite thing about this hotel and it let me down. Also the pool is not at the hotel, it is in the hotel near the Hampton. I was really disappointed that they did not disclose they were going through some remodeling. I had a cousin that booked a reservation and when she got there, she didn’t have one. Not sure what happened but she did receive a confirmation number when she called.

I was disappointed when I walked in the lobby to find it in complete disarray and undergoing complete remodel. No breakfast was available due to construction. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere. There was no blow dryer in the room. I was charged a premium price for this room.

They are still doing some renovations which will make it really nice. The fitness center was just put in a few days before, and they hanged the door on it during my stay. Good breakfast, friendly staff, quiet facility. The only issue was the moldy/mildewy smell in my room, which was really powerful when I walked in but I got used to it. I've experienced the same thing in Singapore and Honolulu hotels; something having to do with a hot humid location and an old HVAC. It was annoying but harmless.
