「The rooms have been renovated in a very quaint and comfortable fashion. The beds were comfortable. They are memory foam so it sunk in and was hard to turn at night. If you sleep on a memory foam it will be comfortable for you. The area of Old Town Cottonwood was very relaxing and friendly. Coming from a small town ourselves, we loved it.」

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
