“We stayed in a queen studio. Loved having a kitchenette for the extra space and comfort of having coffee & breakfast in. Everything was clean, property is beautiful and we enjoyed the jacuzzi’s and pool. Noticed a slight cigarette smell to the room each time we returned. "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
