「Quiet location, period property, clean and everything needed was available 」

「Yes the room was clean there was many towels soap clean sheets the menu has a variety of food and drinks there are many parking spaces 」

「Clean room staff very helpful,Bar is very nice serve and friendly in different room Breakfast is all there very nice. But when stayed in No 1 (McNeil) toilet you can get WiFi but you out of toilet you can’t have it! And when outside doorway about 8pm and early morning can’t see get a light on see where I am going!」

If all Hotels had staff so nice every one would have no complaints . David and the receptionist staff brilliant and the lady in charge of the restaurant and breakfast room all staff First class .」

「Great location less than a mile away from the M5 and off the main road. Wonderful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy. We decided to go into nearby Thornbury to grab something to eat. The bed was really comfy and we had our buffet breakfast in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the hotel which kept us full for the drive home.」

「We have just returned from a two day stay at Two Rivers, Chepstow. Our room was small but clean. The room was next to the entrance door and we experienced a lot of noise when the door opened and closed. My husband twice requested an extra pillow but it never materialised. We ate in the restaurant on both nights. The food was very nice but we had to chase the waitress for our desserts on both occasions. 」

「Excellent staff. We were delayed by bad weather and arrived late, just as the chef told reception that he’d finished service. He immediately asked what we’d like to eat and prepared us a great dinner. The general manager and breakfast waitress were also very helpful and friendly. 」
