Underground is a bit far from hotel, but there is a bus stop by the hotel. There is not many choices of resturant near hotel, and there is no restaurant at hotel.

We stayed overnight as we were going to a gig at the 02 academy, perfect place! Could not fault our stay, staff were friendly and offered places to eat and booked us a taxi to the venue, on the way back we decided we wanted late checkout and after some uhming and ahing on our part about weather or not to get it the staff member gave us the late checkout for free! The room was excellent, comfy and king sized bed, a roomy bathroom and extra room space. Would 100% come here again

The hotel looked modern and new. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was okay, a bit small and the toilet was hard to flush sometimes. The breakfast was good, nice assortment of scrabbled eggs, sausage, croissants, toast, cereals, and good coffees. The reception was nice. The only downside was there was no computer to print.

Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável e extremamente limpa, corredores perfumados e apenas a 5 minutos do metro Vauxhall. Apenas não gostei do tamanho do chuveiro, o banheiro é bem espaçoso mas a area do chuveiro é bem pequena.

Excellent service

We stayed for 10 days and would definitely recommend staying there. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable after long days of walking. I know the hotel was packed, yet we never heard noise coming from the other rooms. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was the same for the 10 days we were there: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, milk, porridge, cereals, granola, toast, mini muffins, croissants.

Dissatisfied

Not recommended for extended stay. Maybe for overnight it’s tolerable. There is no room to navigate. No table and chairs. One small chair for one person to sit in and very uncomfortable. Very confined area. I will never again pay the full ‘no refund’ for the discount. It’s not worth the risk! There is no way to know what you are getting. Then you lose it if you are not satisfied. You have no recourse and They will not work with you to make you happy with your stay. I would definitely not stay here again. I do not think the location is that great. They don’t leave a coffee or tea bar out during the day either. It’s very minimal. I would not give this a positive rating that others have.

We booked a room for four and got a room with one tiny double bed and a very unconfortable couch with a duvet which did not even had the width of the couch. Noise insulation close to null. Location remains quite close to London attractions
