Welcome to this beautiful Georgian home, where period charm meets modern living. Thoughtfully designed across four upper levels in a classic five-storey townhouse, the property offers a warm and characterful base in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods — ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking both comfort and style.

This elegant 2-bedroom home sleeps up to four guests.

The ground floor opens with a bright, welcoming hallway leading into a beautifully presented dining room, perfect for shared meals or entertaining. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cleverly designed storage. There is a convenient guest toilet. The tall kitchen door opens directly onto the award-winning, architect-designed Sun Rain Rooms garden and extension — a rare retreat in central London, where striking contemporary design meets lush greenery for a unique indoor-outdoor living experience. This features a private courtyard with plants, a rainwater spout and rainwater tank, and a sweeping wall of glass underneath a dramatic sweeping green roof.

On the first floor, a stunning studio and gallery room opens out onto a balcony overlooking the square. Flooded with natural light, it’s an inspiring space — ideal as a home office, creative studio, or a unique setting for gatherings.

The next floor hosts a bright, versatile, and cosy living room with a comfortable sofa. A dramatic wall-to-wall library with large sash windows that enjoy views of the trees in the square, and flood the space with natural light.

The top floor features two inviting bedrooms, each with cosy double beds and storage, alongside a full bathroom illuminated by a skylight. A practical laundry area, with a washer and a dryer, is also thoughtfully integrated here for added convenience.

Throughout, original Georgian features have been carefully preserved, adding timeless character and authenticity to this remarkable period home.

Just a short walk away is the Barbican Centre, offering world-class theatre, music, and cinema, while nearby King’s Cross and Coal Drops Yard bring stylish shops and cultural venues. Food lovers are spoilt for choice with celebrated restaurants such as Moro, Quality Chop House, and Caravan, alongside the pioneering Eagle Pub and the lively Café Kick. With Angel and Farringdon stations close by, the home is perfectly placed for easy access to the City, the West End, and the rest of London.
