LOVE!!!
First of all this is probably one of my favorite places to stay in London. Scott and Mariya are top tier humans and made my stay so amazing. The apt itself is a dream and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in. This will become one of my go to places to stay anytime I am in London. Amazing place and amazing couple!

Great Homebase in London
This apartment had everything we needed for a week-long stay in London. The apartment was clean, well stocked with essentials (clothes hangers, towels, extra pillows, etc.), and a perfect amount of space for two people. Super comfortable. The location is very centrally located, in between two underground stations making getting around London a breeze. Close to tons of coffee shops and grocery stores. Overall five stars. My only note for travelers who are noise sensitive at night is to bring some earplugs (apartment is on a major street), this helps drown out some of the noise. Highly recommend!

Great place, great location
Scott and Mariya are great hosts - friendly, and really kind. The apartment is wonderful - it's in a great location, with multiple Underground stops less than a 10 minute walk away, and the place is so centrally located that many great attractions are walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again when in London.

Great Accomodations in Fitzrovia
I most enjoyed my recent eight day visit to London, made very comfortable by my apartment in Fitzrovia, the heart of London. Mariya and Scott were gracious hosts providing assistance in every manner possible, from detailed instructions on travel from Heathrow to assistance with any problem or question. The location of the apartment is amazing, close to the tube, restaurants, the theatre district, museums and more. Staying in central London is a great experience. The apartment was just as described and I would certainly plan to visit again given the opportunity. Thank you, Mariya and Scott, for all of your assistance. I would strongly recommend your apartment to any travelers.

The chamber is of decent size and attractive with an extensive and well equipped kitchen. The location could hardly be better: 3 blocks from the British Museum, walking distance to many of the Wet End theaters, and 1 block from the Tottenham Court metro from which you can take the Elizabeth Line express rail service to Heathrow airport and the underground service to anywhere. The owners have their business office in the same buildig and are wonderfully responsive to any need reneed

A comfortable apartment
This property had great amenities and very comfortable home base for London. It is on a busy street but there was never to much noise besides trash pick up. We enjoyed having 2 tube locations within walking distance. The host were both very responsive and helpful.

London in the Fall
We could not of asked for a better location. Walk out your front door you've got the Gootch Street station to the left and the TCR station to the right. There is a M&S (grocer) 3 doors down. Our favorite pub was across the street, The Jack Horner. The flat was great. There are 3 flights of stairs, all well lit and well worth the hike. The appointments were top of the line. I was worried about the bed because we like a firm mattress...it was like sleeping on a cloud. I don't know what kind of topper it had on it but it was WONDERFUL. Great trip. We would stay there again!

A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Central London
Reserving this third floor studio flat added an extra layer of magic to our London adventure. It felt like a true home away from home. The flat itself was clean, spacious, well-maintained and comfortable, and with the added bonus of a fully equipped kitchen, we were able to prepare some relaxing at-home meals when we weren't exploring the neighbourhood's diverse dining scene. Honourable mention, of course, to the many Fitzrovia pubs and restaurants which were literally stone throws from our front door. The location can only be described as perfect: an easy walk to all the usual must-see attractions including Westminster Abbey, Soho, Covent Garden, the British Museum, the West End and Trafalgar Square. Plus, with 2 tube stations mere steps away, nothing was too far out of reach. Although we quite enjoyed the energy, the street is bustling and lively so earplugs might be a wise investment if you're light sleepers. As for the property owners, any questions we had during our stay were addressed promptly, making us feel valued and well taken care of. Scott was a trove of information from our very first VRBO inquiry and Mariya was exceptional on site - very responsive and helpful as well as friendly and kind from the moment we arrived. We will most definitely be back!

Funky flat!
We loved the property and location of the flat. The decor was very unique and creative. Close to the action and easy to navigate to or from - or stay local! Scott was a very good communicator and everything was just as promised!

Great location, great property, great host
This stay exceeded our expectations. The flat looks even better in person, and was furnished with quality pieces. Marieya was very quick to respond and make us as comfortable as possible. She personally greeted us to give us the key and tell us about the property, and allowed us to store our bags with her while the unit was being prepared. The location was a perfect walk to bars, restaurants and some sites including the British museum. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Perfect location for us!
We were spending a couple of days exploring London before heading up to visit family in Scotland. The apartment was perfectly situated for taking the underground all around London. Also, well equipped with everything we needed, including laundry facilities.

Scott and Mariye were very helpful and friendly. They provided us with a lot of detailed information to help us arrive at the property. It is located in a great area and was very clean. They provided milk, juice, water and champagne which is a very generous add on! There are LOTS of stairs so be prepared! And it would help if the A/C and heater directions were more clear. The bathroom was freezing but the rest of the property was warm. Thank you for a providing good place to stay!

Thanks for your honest feedback Tracy. In fact - the bathroom area in this apartment benefits from underfloor heating throughout. Meaning it should have been toasty warm! But presumably it was never activated via the wall-panel. Our sincere apologies for not making you aware of this feature during the check-in process. This shortcoming on our part does however make your comments even more valid. We have therefore taken your feedback on board & updated the information booklet we provide for all new Guests. In order to give clear instructions on how best to operate the A/C, Heater Unit, & Underfloor Heating inside the apartment. We are glad you enjoyed your stay & hope to see you again in future.

Splendid stay in London!
Went to London from the U.S. for the NFL at Tottenham Stadium (huge New Orleans Saints fan #whodat) and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. Easy access to the Tube which we took to the game, walking distance to Soho where we walked to several times. And also very close to Charlotte St where there was plenty of places to grab a bite and a drink. The place itself was very clean and had all we needed! The bed was super comfy and we slept like babies. Heated floors in the bathroom for taking a shower was nice, and the kitchen with espresso machine was a nice touch. Scott and Mariya we’re both very accommodating and communicated very well with us, even suggestions on where to go and how to get to them from the airport. Next time I come to London I’m staying there again!

A very easy albeit short stay. This is a well appointed and immaculately kept studio, the only wrinkle - the mattress felt too soft and i opted for the sofa.

Top floor near Soho
Comfortable small studio on the top floor near Soho. The place was clean and easy to get to, Scott was very easy to reach and responsive, and overall we were very happy with our stay and would come back. The air conditioning and laundry were nice bonuses, and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is great, not loud at night but plenty of restaurants, cafes, and pubs nearby, as well as grocery stores and museums. Very walkable and easy to get around, I had no trouble eating well and keeping the fridge stocked.

The place was great - super accessible location. Scott was fantastic with his communication. The place and neighborhood were very safe. The bed was also comfortable! I will mention a couple of small quibbles below, but I want to say that Scott and Mariya went far beyond what I expect from a short-term rental host to help make our stay great. In particular, the communication was outstanding and they were very helpful with regard to some timing flexibility for check-in and check-out. The quibbles are about the furnishings. The bed is *very* soft - my wife and I kept rolling into a bit of a trough in the middle. Also, it seems like there is too much furniture generally. What I think is meant to be a dining table isn’t really useable as that given its location right by the entrance, and it also blocks access to the cabinet behind it. Two flower pots are placed right in front of another cabinet, and the coffee table is so huge it creates a bit of awkwardness in simply getting around the flat. Finally, the shower is open on one side and we found that water got all over the place. None of the quibbles were really a big deal, nor did they detract from our experience which was overall great.

We had the best time in Scott’s property. It really had everything we needed and was so clean and fresh. Scott was a great host and made the check in and check out processes super easy. The studio is centrally located and we walked to many tourist spots from there. There were loads of shops, pubs and restaurants around and you couldn’t really want much more.
