Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was not a good one. The room was very small, the walls were dirty, and the room was extremely hot The air conditioning was poor. The window was also broken and would not open, despite us flagging the issue with the Concierge. We were told that maintenance would have a look at it, but they never arrived once. In the end, I had to pry the window open using the bin just to get some fresh air. The towels were changed regularly, which was appreciated, but unfortunately that was about as good as it got. To be fair, the staff were friendly and pleasant throughout our stay, and the location is good, especially for the price you are paying. Overall, though, the room and the lack of response to the maintenance issue made this a disappointing experience, and we would not be rushing back

Our short stay of two days was disappointing. A couple of days earlier, we were changed to 10 minutes from each other, which hurt us because we had to modify the itinerary, transportation and budget. The rooms are very small, uncomfortable and poorly ventilated. It is impossible not to compare comfort and price in other places where we have stayed aesthetically more beautiful and comfortable at the same price. A disappointment.

Staff were friendly enough and the price was good for London, but staff directed me up the wrong flight of stairs initially (I was on the 3rd floor - no lifts). The walls feel fairly thin and you could clearly hear noise and conversations from other rooms. The beds were not the most comfortable. So all in all poor sleep.

The room was absolutely terrible. There was constant noise coming from the toilet seat due to a poor plumbing system. There was a leak of water coming from the shower, which was fixed with paper. The bedroom was extremely dirty with stains of liquids, probably human semen, on the wall next to the bed, among other terrible things.
