「Perfect room for a few nights in Manchester. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to town and a short drive to the local ski mountains. The contactless check in/out was perfect for be because I arrived late and left early. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Parking was right in front of the building. The place was very clean all over. Breakfast was included, they served pastries, bagels, yogurt, etc. Super easy check in process. The Chalet is only about a 5 minute drive from mount snow! So grateful to the staff who texted me to let me know we had left something behind and the room when they went to clean it! 」

「I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.」

「Every employee was incredibly friendly, even if only passing us in the foyer or hallways. Stacy, the operations manager, was especially engaging, knowledgeable and helpful as we were deciding what to do for dinner and what events and venues were worth visiting. We took all of her suggestions and were thrilled when she was spot-on across the board, from Ye Olde Tavern to the syrup-making tour at Dutton’s to the Vermont Country Store. She’s an asset to your operations.」
