“This is a smaller hotel with a homely, personal feel that felt unique compared to larger, more commercial feeling hotel / spa combos that are becoming so common now. “We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). "The staff are friendly and proactive in offering assistance (Special thanks to Roxana for her kind assistance)The hotel is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus stop. The room is well-lit and tidy, although the drainage in the washbasin is somewhat clogged, resulting in very slow water flow.
