“The Kings suite was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was useful, as was the separate seating area. The bath in the bedroom was a delight. The candles in the room were a nice touch. The decor was classy. Overall we loved our stay. Thank you”

My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the……

“With parking, central location, easy access and a clean and expansive apartment, we were very pleased. Everything worked well. The apartment was stocked with the right utensils. The only suggestion would be to have specific instructions on how to work the washer/dryer for small loads. Couldn't figure out an adequate drying cycle. Would recommend this property no problem to anyone.”

The owners spared no expense with the accommodations and lots of thought went into this place from a bag of ice in the freezer to wood available for the patio fire pit and pencils ready for family game night. We had a cozy Christmas around the fireplace as got to toast the holiday. The only thing missing was a little holiday decorations. The rooms were comfortable with lots of space. We chose this listing for our three week stay in 2025 based on the condition of the listings offered, the prompt and complete communication by the host, and the fact that we like the area. It has many restaurants, both fine and casual dining. It is a decent walk or a short bus ride to the Grand Arcade and the colleges. We would stay here again.”
