"Check in desk staff were unorganized and very slow. I just wanted a receipt when I checked out. She told me it would take a few minutes. It was 10-15. The bill I got only had room charges on it. She said she could get me a receipt with the charges broke down but it would be a bit. I waited another 15 and our cab came so I never got one. Way way too slow. "

"I had a very sweet room with a lovely outdoor veranda, but it didn’t feel very secure. The staff were helpful and charming but there was a snafu with my transfer from the airport. I didn’t appreciate being told to “take a little walk to reception” to cancel my brunch reservation when I was jet-lagged and still in bed. The rum punch was delicious. "

"We are not big on all-inclusive hotels but this was a great place to stay in Barbados, especially considering dining is very expensive on the island. Very nice beach and good beach service for both chairs and drinks. We had a comfortable beachfront room with a great view as we were upgraded by Expedia VIP. Good beach bar and fantastic sunsets. "
